Did you know that living in an unhappy relationship can be as bad for your health as smoking two packs of cigarettes a day?

Crazy, huh?

When I first heard that statistic, I was shocked. But the more I researched relationships and health, the more evidence I found to support it. A good relationship is good for your physical health.

We spend so much time and money worrying about eating the right foods, exercising regularly, taking supplements, and visiting the doctor, that we totally miss one of the things that could give us the greatest health benefits.

But with all the self-help books and relationship advice, it can be really hard to know what resources to trust.

That’s where I come in.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I know it can be overwhelming to figure out how to improve communication and get along better. It can feel scary not knowing if you can have that deep emotional connection you’ve been longing for. That’s why I’ve created a step-by-step program to help you develop the relationship you’ve always wanted.

In The Anatomy of Connection, my BRAND NEW online workshop for physician couples, you’ll learn why you get stuck, how to communicate better, and how to heal and move on from past hurts.

You don’t have to continue to feel overwhelmed and afraid that things won’t get better. Even though life is busy, you don’t have to feel so lonely. You can be happy, connected, and fulfilled now!

If you haven’t already, I invite you to watch my FREE Video Series.  It will only be available for the next two days.  And then make a commitment to do whatever you can to improve the health of your relationship.  Even if this program is not right for you–or if it isn’t right for you right now–make a promise to yourself to take care of YOU by improving your relationships!

You can’t keep putting this off!

Just like with smoking, there are long-term health consequences.

You don’t want to take that risk.
